We value your business and do not want you to be disappointed in any way. We provide as much information as possible about each radio. Clear photographs show its condition, including any flaws. We are happy to discuss any questions you have about a radio prior to purchase. Some radios will also have audio and video samples via YouTube.
All the work we do on our radios carries a 30 day warranty from the date of receipt. If the radio fails to perform, please contact me and we will work together to solve the problem. For instance, a tube or connection might be jostled loose during shipment.
The warranty covers our shop labor and the NEW parts we install (replaced caps, electrolytics and cords, for instance). We do not guarantee USED parts because the radios are 60-85 years old and there is no way to tell when an old part will give out. For example, used tubes which last for decades, can fail at any time.
We will not accept a radio for return without communication. If the radio fails within the 30 day warranty, it must be returned in “as sold” condition. All returns are at your expense (packing, shipping) and the radio must be insured at its purchase price.
We are not liable for shipping related damage. If you feel your radio has been damaged during shipping, most carriers require that you return it to them, along with the original packing materials, for inspection.
We will deliver locally for a reasonable fee. We'll go up or down the I-5 corridor, as far North as Vancouver, British Columbia and as far South as Portland, Oregon.
We'll discuss the buyer's preferences in arranging for long distance delivery. You must insure the radio for its purchase price.

We use local packers like UPS Store for small radios. Larger consoles we may pack or have a local professional service. To ship, we use UPS for tombstone and smaller radios, and Greyhound for shiping large consoles for lower shipping prices, as well as a gentler ride. We may also use UPS if desired.
